Website Exclusive Sale: Terms & Conditions
All Customers of Vinod Patel and Company Pte Limited (hereinafter referred to as ''VPCL'') are advised to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Website Exclusive Sale (hereinafter referred to as '' Exclusive Sale'') organised by VPCL. For the purposes of individual exclusive sales, VPCL may be referred to as Vinod Patel or Home & Living, depending on which division is running the exclusive sale. By participating in or proceeding with a purchase under this exclusive sale, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Exclusive Sale Scope
• These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all exclusive sales on the official websites of Vinod Patel –vinodpatel.com.fj and Home & Living- homeliving.com.fj (hereinafter referred to as ''Official Website/Website").
• Each exclusive sale may have additional or specific terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ''additional terms and conditions'') including but not limited to the start date, end date, credit approval and indemnity, which shall be read together with these general Terms and Conditions.
2. Exclusive Sale Exclusivity
• The prices, discounts, or promotions advertised as part of the "Website Exclusive Sale" are strictly and only available for purchases made online through the official websites of VPCL, as included in (1) above.
3. These exclusive sale prices are not valid and will not be honored at any VPCL retail, outlet, or physical store location. Retail stores are under no obligation to match the website exclusive sale pricing. Exclusive Sale Period
• The "Website Exclusive Sale" will be valid only for the period as specified on the additional terms and conditions.
VPCL reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the exclusive sale period at any time without prior notice Product Availability
• Exclusive sale prices apply only to selected products specifically marked as part of the "Website Exclusive Sale."
• All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
• The exclusive sale prices shall be inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• The exclusive sale price will be clearly displayed around the product
• In the event of a pricing error, VPCL reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
• All exclusive sale payments must be made using approved payment methods available on the website.
5. Credit and Finance Options
• Where finance or hire purchase options are available, these are subject to credit assessment and approval by Finance Hub.
6. Order Fulfilment, Delivery, and Click & Collect
• Exclusive Sale orders are processed and fulfilled according to VPCL's standard Online Purchase, Delivery, and Click & Collect policies, which are available on VPCL's website.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are separate from the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
• For Click & Collect orders, the product must be purchased and paid for online at the exclusive sale price. Collection must then be arranged or carried out at the designated retail location. VPCL staff at the collection point will not be able to process the exclusive sale price for items not paid for online.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
• Purchases made during the "Website Exclusive Sale" are subject to the standard VPCL Returns and Exchanges Policy.
• Any refund or credit issued will be for the website exclusive price paid by the customer.
8. Errors and Omissions
• While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, VPCL shall not be held liable for any typographical, clerical or system errors in pricing, product descriptions, or promotional information.
• All such errors are subject to correction without prior notice.
9. General
• This Website Exclusive Sale Terms & Conditions are in addition to the general Terms of Service Privacy Policy, and other
applicable policies published on the websites of Vinod Patel and Home & Living
• VPCL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Participation in any exclusive sale constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service and Policies.
