Social Media Contest: Terms & Conditions 

• This contest is organized by Vinod Patel and Company Pte Limited (hereinafter referred to as ''VPCL'').
• For the purposes of individual contests, VPCL may be referred to as Vinod Patel or Home & living, depending on which division is running the contest.
• This contest is open to all residents of Fiji aged 18 years and above; participants under 18 years of age must provide written consent from parents or legal guardian to participate.

• By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation is purely voluntary.

• Only entries submitted via the official Facebook/Instagram page(s) of VPCL will be considered valid.
• Entries may only be submitted by individual participants. Participants may not submit entries on behalf of another person, even if they have submitted their own entry.
• Entries must be submitted before the contest closing date specified in the contest post. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
• VPCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in its sole and absolute discretion, is deemed ineligible to participate.

Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not be considered, and VPCL accepts no responsibility for such entries.

• Winner(s) will be selected via a random online draw and announced on VPCL's respective official social media page, namely, Vinod Patel and Home & Living pages.
• Winner(s) must provide their full name, valid contact number, and proof of identity when contacted.
• If the winner(’s) social media account name does not match their valid photo ID, they must notify VPCL via its official Facebook page inbox. Failure to do so will result in the entry being deemed invalid and a new winner will be redrawn.
• If a winner does not respond with the required details within 7 days of being contacted, VPCL reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Winner(s) must collect their prize in person and present a valid photo ID.
• If the winner is unable to collect in person, they must provide written authorization and a copy of their valid photo ID, along with the authorized person’s valid photo ID, at the time of collection.
• Apart from entitlement to the listed prize(s), winner(s) shall have no other rights or claims against VPCL.
• Winner(s) must collect their prize(s) within............. (hereinafter referred to as ''Timeframe'') days of being notified.
• Winner(s) agree to have their photo taken at the time of prize collection, which will be used for promotional purposes on VPCL's social media pages.

By entering into the contest, participants grant VPCL permission to use their name, entry, and/or photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• VPCL reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw the contest at its discretion, at any time without prior notice.
• VPCL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant who tampers with or benefits from tampering with the contest, violates these Terms & Conditions, or acts disruptively, abusively, or unlawfully.
  
  

• If any prize is not claimed within the timeframe, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.
• VPCL reserves the right to select another winner as necessary.
• If a prize cannot be redeemed, the new winner(s) will receive a prize of equivalent value, as determined by VPCL, less any administrative expenses incurred.
  
  

• VPCL and its related companies, agencies, and service providers (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for errors, technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond their control.
• VPCL is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death in connection with the contest or prizes.
• If the contest is affected by technical problems, unauthorised access, fraud, or other factors beyond VPCL’s control, VPCL may cancel, modify, suspend, or invalidate affected entries.
  
  

The decision of VPCL regarding the contest results is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
