Influencer Discount Code Promotion(Website Exclusive): Terms & Conditions

1.    Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all customers (including overseas – provided the delivery address is locally in Fiji) who make a purchase on vinodpatel.com.fj or homeliving.com.fj and apply a valid influencer discount code at checkout.

2.    Promotion Period:
The promotion is valid only for purchases made during the period specified by the influencer, or VPCL inod Patelor H&L. VPCL and H&L Vinod Patel reserves the right to start or end the promotion at any time without prior notice. The promotion is valid only for purchases made within the period specified by the influencer, VPCL, or Home & Living. VPCL and Home & Living reserve the right to commence or conclude the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.    Discount Code Use:

  • A valid influencer discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable discount.
  • Discount codes are non-transferable and shall may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Each code is valid for selected SKUs only. The applicable products may vary from time to time based on the influencer promoting it.
  • VPCL and H&L is not responsible for codes that fail due to typos or technical issues outside its control.


5.    Exclusions:
Discount codes are not applicable to items outside the cannot be applied to items not included in the eligible SKU list.

6.    Order Conditions:

  • Discount applies to product price only and excludes delivery fees or any additional charges.
  • If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the discount value is forfeited and cannot be redeemed able again. In the event of a return or refund, only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded. The discount amount is forfeited and cannot be reused or transferred to another order


7.    Influencer Responsibilities:
Influencers must promote their codes ethically and in accordance with any advertising or disclosure requirements. VPCL inod Patel and H&L reserves the right to deactivate any codes in the event cases of any misuse, unethical promotion, .

8.    General:

  • Vinod Patel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • By using an influencer discount code, customers agree to all Terms & Conditions governingof this promotion.
  • All decisions made by VPCL inod Patel and H&L in relation to regarding this promotion are final.
  • VPCL and H&L will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the inability to use a discount code, the withdrawal of the promotion, or any change to eligible products.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
